I’m feeling miserable from staying at home the last few days. I have bought myself a softshell jacket which I hope will be ideal for running when the weather gets worse and temperatures better. But now it’s all talking, as I haven’t moved from bed for 2 days!

Today I went for my first run in forest, as I didn’t find any ‘athletic track’ [school yard]. The hills here are steep, but they ain’t that much near Bratislava, so I should definitely do this once again and not circle around anymore. No hiking tomorrow as my grandma is too afraid and I don’t want to upset her.

I’m feeling worn out at half past ten, even though I haven’t done anything today (expect for eating home-made food from grandma ;). I went through some of hiking maps I have here, but I’m not sure if I want to go for 7 hour trip all alone. But from now on there will be a long time I maybe won’t have such opportunity at all.

I fell in love with my sleeping bag, it’s wrapping me all around, it’s MY movable space noone would ever inhabit. I’m disgusted by showers and soaps. Suddenly I’m feeling cold everywhere.

For a while I thought “Because we’re grownups now and it’s our turn to decide what that means.” [xkcd strip, but I don’t mean the lovely meaning of it]. Jolting vision pushed the frames together to get blurry picture. Still discovering all the things I DON’T KNOW.

Maybe I like all this hiking because I can choose where to go and where to stay. Because I can make plans and look forward to them. Simply go to bed with looking forward to the next day.

I always wish I had something to write before leaving somewhere and after getting back from, but I never have the time. There’s only time when nothing’s happening at all.

So stay continuous.
